The Tracer Ensemble Dashboard feature allows you to display current metrics and data for select areas and equipment. Dashboards consolidate and arrange data onto an easy-to-read screen.
The dashboard toolbar runs along the top of the screen and contains the following tools to edit and format the dashboard:

Line Chart
|
Use a Line Chart to show data trends, such as space temperature and humidity during a specific time period.

Select a Chart Period.

Enter an X Axis Label (optional).

Click Next.

Click Select Data.

Select the data source using the drop-down menus.

To select additional data sources, click Apply and Select Another. Repeat Step 5 for each data point.

When finished, click Apply and Close.

Click Finish.

Bar Chart
|
Use a Bar Chart to compare and contrast groups of data, such as average energy usage for a particular space at different times throughout the day.

Select a Chart Period.

Enter an X Axis Label (optional).

Click Next.
-
Click Select Data.
-
Select the data source using the drop-down menus.

To select additional data sources, click Apply and Select Another.

When finished, click Apply and Close.

Click Finish.

Histogram Chart
|
Use a Histogram Chart to show a distribution of data points.

Select either:

Enter an X Axis Label (optional).

Click Next.

Click Select Data.

Select the data source using the drop-down menus.

To select additional data sources, click Apply and Select Another.

When finished, click Apply and Close.

Click Finish.

Circle Gauge
|
Use a Circle Gauge to indicate a data point value in relation to a minimum and maximum limit.

Click Select Data.
-
Select the data source using the drop-down menus.
-
Enter a Min and Max value for the gauge.

Optionally, display a low and/or high warning range.
-
Click Finish.

Fill Gauge
|
Use a Fill Gauge to indicate a data point value in relation to a minimum and maximum limit.

Click Select Data.
-
Select the data source using the drop-down menus.
-
Click Edit Options to set the fill gauge options.
-
Enter a Min and Max value for the gauge.
-
Optionally, display a low and/or high warning range.
-
Click Apply.
-
Click Add Another Gauge to add additional fill gauges to this widget (maximum of three gauges). Repeat steps 1-6.

Click Finish.

Status Lights
|
Use the Status Lights widget to visually indicate the status of a data source.
- Click Select Data.
- Select the data source using the drop-down menus.
- To add additional data points, click Apply and Select Another. Repeat Step 2 for each data point.
- When finished, click Apply and Close.
- Click Next.
- Select colors to correspond with the status of the point.
- Click Finish.

Point Values
|
Use the Point Value widget to add up to six point values on the dashboard.

Click Select Data.

Select the data source using the drop-down menus.

To add additional data points, click Apply and Select Another. Repeat Step 2 for each data point.

When finished, click Apply and Close.

Click Finish.

Values Table
|
Use a Values Table to convey multiple data points in table form, such as airflow, occupancy, and space temperature for a specific space.

Click Select Data.
-
Select a Building Name and a Family Type using the drop-down menus.
-
On the left side of the table, select Equipment/Objects. These selections populate the Properties on the right side of the table.

Select Properties to display on the widget.
-
Click Apply.
-
Click Finish.

Alarm Log
|
Use the Alarm Log to display alarms from selected categories and with certain acknowledgement statuses.

Select a Time Period from the drop-down list.
-
Click Select Alarm Sources.
-
Click Select Buildings.
-
Select one or more buildings and click Apply.
-
Select one or more family types and click Finish.
-
Select the Alarm Categories and Acknowledgement Status.

Click Finish.

Use Image to display an image on the dashboard.

Click Browse to select an image.
-
Click Upload.

Click Finish.

Static Text
|
Use Static Text to display text on the dashboard.
- Enter text to display on the dashboard.
- Click Finish.

Custom HTML
|
Use Custom HTML to display internet content, such a local weather, on your dashboard.
Copy and paste HTML code into the text box and click Finish.

Custom Graphic
|
Use Custom Graphic to display a custom graphic on the dashboard.
- Select a Custom Graphic from the drop-down list.
- Click Finish.

Map
|
The Map widget allows you to display one more location and selected data associated with that location on a map.
To add a location installed in Tracer Ensemble:
- Click Add a Location.
- Click Select a known building.
- Select where you want the user to navigate to from the map location. If you want to disable navigation, uncheck the Navigate by clicking on this location on the map box.
- Navigate to a dashboard. Select a dashboard from the drop-down list.
- Navigate to a custom dashboard. Select a custom graphic from the drop-down list.
- Navigate to the Building Summary page for the selected building.
- (Optionally) select up to four data sources that will display on the map for this location. Click Select Data.
- Use the drop-down menus to select the data source.
- When you have selected a data source, click Apply and Select Another to choose additional data source(s). When you are finished, click Apply and Close.
- Click Apply.
To add a location that is not installed in Tracer Ensemble:
- Click Add a Location.
- Select Add a location that is not installed in Tracer Ensemble.
- Enter a Location Display Name that will identify the location on the widget.
- Enter a Location Address. The widget will suggest an address from Google Maps. Select the correct address.
- Click Next.
- Select where you want the user to navigate to from the map location. If you want to disable navigation, uncheck the Navigate by clicking on this location on the map box.
- Navigate to a dashboard. Select a dashboard from the drop-down list.
- Navigate to a custom dashboard. Select a custom graphic from the drop-down list.
- Navigate to the Building Summary page for the selected building.
- (Optional) select up to four data sources that will display on the map for this location. Click Select Data.
- Use the drop-down menus to select the data source.
- When you have selected a data source, click Apply and Select Another to choose additional data source(s). When you are finished, click Apply and Close.
- Click Apply.
When you have finished adding locations to the widget:
- Click Next.
- (Optional) you can use conditional display indicate the severity of issues with a location by color. Click Use Conditional Display to color locations on the map widget.
- Select the number of severity levels (1-4).
- Set the Normal color (default is green).
- Set a color for each additional warning Aevel.
- Click Next.
- (Optional) Select warning level limits for data sources. Click Set Limits.
- Select the limits that best describe the data source you selected.
- Click Apply.
- Click Finish.

Once you have selected a data source using the drop-down menu, you have three additional options:
To resize a widget, grab and drag the handle on the right margin of the widget.
To rearrange the widget, grab the header and drag it to the desired location.
