Create Tenant - Normal Hours of Tenant Operation

The Normal Hours of Tenant Operation defines tenant's typical operating hours. When requests are made outside of these hours, the tenant is invoiced for the additional time. By default, the normal hours are set to 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

 

Change Normal Hours

To change the normal hours:

  1. Slide either end of the bar to the desired time frame. Or click on the time bar.
  2. Enter the desired Start and End times.
  3. Click Done.

 

Delete Hours Period

To delete an hours period of a specific day:

  1. Click on the time bar.

  2. Click Delete.

 

Add Hours Period

To add an hours period:

  1. Click Add Hours Period.

  2. Specify the Start and End times.

  3. Select the days of the week.

  4. Click Done.

 

Clear All Days

To clear all days:

  1. Click Clear All Days.

  2. Click Yes to confirm.
